Jogging Tips For Beginners

Meet Me, Neal, 31 years old and out of shape. Since running the London Marathon in 1997 - the last time I ever ran anywhere - I have resigned myself to the sporting wilderness. I am a web developer who spends 8-10hrs a day sat at my desk, working on the PC. No gym membership, no excercise and more than my fair share of unhealthy extra curricular activities. Well, all that is about to change as I begin jogging again. Read more about me in my about page, and feel free to peruse the site as I share my experience and jogging tips for beginners, like me!
